Due to the anticipated and continuous heavy rains poured by tropical storm "Juaning", Executive Secretary Jojo Ochoa has announced that classes in the college level in NCR are also suspended, as recommended by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) and DOST-PAGASA today July 27, 2011 in the National Capital Region subsequent to the suspension of classes in pre-school, elementary, and high school last night made by DepEd-NCR director Elena Ruiz.
